Benefits

At Nolinor Aviation, maintenance isn’t just part of the job — it’s the foundation of everything we do. Operating the world’s largest fleet of Boeing 737-200 aircraft, we rely on a team of experienced and highly skilled mechanics to ensure the safety and reliability of our aging but essential aircraft, to some of the most remote and demanding destinations in North America.

We are currently looking for a Base Maintenance Coordinator for our Edmonton base — someone who understands the complexities and challenges of maintaining aging cells and systems, and thrives in an environment where technical expertise, leadership, and attention to detail make all the difference.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision of on-site maintenance operations at YEG;
  • Assign tasks according to each person’s skills and monitor their execution;
  • Manage technical documentation, approval of defects, creation of non-routine sheets;
  • Plan labour and material needs;
  • Coach employees and support their development with on-the-job training;
  • Work closely with maintenance managers to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.
Required skills
  • You hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licence;
  • You have experience in team supervision in the aviation maintenance sector;
  • You are organized, rigorous and have strong communication skills;
  • You are familiar with industry regulations and aircraft maintenance systems;
  • You have experience on B737-200 (an asset);
  • You are bilingual (French/English to communicate effectively with our various bases) (asset).
