About Brucejack

Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga’a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.

Your Impact

You will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of critical geological and production data that directly informs mining decisions, reporting, and resource management. Your work enables safe, efficient operations and high-quality resource evaluations.

As part of our team, you will
  • Validate, upload, and manage drilling, assay, and production data
  • Perform real-time QA/QC to maintain database accuracy and integrity
  • Support geological teams with data-driven insights and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and improve database systems tracking production and KPIs
  • Collaborate with labs and teams to resolve data discrepancies
  • Assist with data migration, system updates, and special projects
  • Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across workflows
Prerequisites for your success in this role
  • Degree in Geology or related field + 2+ years of experience
  • GIT registration (or P.Geo. status preferred)
  • Strong data management and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with SQL, database systems, and large datasets
  • Familiarity with mining data, QA/QC processes, and workflows
  • Knowledge of tools like Vulcan or GeoSpark (asset)
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

  • Remote mining site with camp-based rotation (13 days on / 13 days off)

The expected salary range for this role is CA$94,100.00 - 125,400.00 +15% STIP . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
