Respond to service calls and customer requests in a professional manner.

Prioritize calls based on urgency, deadlines, and contractual commitments.

Plan and assign service interventions to technicians based on territory and availability.

Optimize schedules to ensure efficient and balanced coverage.

Follow up on contractual obligations and perform required reminders.

Ensure deadlines are met and maintain customer satisfaction throughout service interventions.
Your profile:

3 years of experience in call dispatching
-
Experience in combustion (a strong asset)
-
Excellent computer skills
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Calm, clear, and efficient, even under pressure

Interest in growth and gradually taking on additional responsibilities.
