A career as a UX research advisor in the Voice of the Client team at National Bank means acting as a user-centric research specialist. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on the evolution of our digital solutions thanks to your knowledge of UX research, qualitative data analysis and understanding client needs. Your role contributes directly to shaping the digital experience, guiding strategic decisions and amplifying the voice of the client on our various platforms.
Your job
- Understand the issues presented by the design teams and define adapted research plans to inform decision-making.
- Plan, coordinate and carry out user tests and directed interviews in collaboration with our internal partners and suppliers.
- Make concrete recommendations based on client feedback and align these areas for improvement with business objectives.
- Act as a Voice of the Digital Client partner by analysing client data and comments, then sharing relevant insights with teams.
- Contribute to a user-centric culture by supporting designers towards greater autonomy in research.
- Manage user test rooms located at our head office and continuously develop research practises, particularly using artificial intelligence tools.

Prerequisites
- A bachelor’s degree in the role and at least four years of relevant experience, OR a master’s degree in the role and at least two years of experience.
- Experience in UX research, marketing research or UI & UX research
- Master qualitative and quantitative data analysis and the interpretation of insights.
- Be very comfortable presenting results, explaining them in plain language and writing executive summaries.
