Your Role
  • Identify and source relevant profiles via various channels and events
  • Manage and nurture critical talent pools
  • Approach targeted candidates directly
  • Organising and managing nurturing campaigns in the assigned pool and their performance
  • Actively monitor market trends for the talent pool assigned
  • Share market feedback (salary, candidate expectations, benchmarks, etc.)
  • Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Work closely with several stakeholders based on strategies (recruiters, managers, attraction, etc.)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing practises and the evolution of our employer brand (influence on LinkedIn)

Prerequisites
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in advisory roles with management in large organizations
  • Comfortable with search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, CRM, etc.) and proactive hunting techniques
  • Knowledge of and experience with sourcing KPIs (response rate, conversion rate, etc.)
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and managers, advise and influence
  • Understanding organizational issues to anticipate future talent needs
  • Ability to quickly identify organizational needs and desired profiles
  • Perseverance and diligence in searching for profiles that are rare and/or in very high demand
  • Agility to adapt to changes in the market and digital tools
