Your job
- Design and configure solutions on the ServiceNow FSO module in accordance with quality standards and best practises
- Collaborate with product teams, analysts and architects to understand needs and propose tailored solutions
- Develop, maintain and optimise workflows Scripts and automations to support the Bank's processes
- Integrate ServiceNow FSO with other systems via rest/SOAP APIs
- Ensure code quality, perform unit tests and maintain technical and functional documentation

Prerequisites
- University degree in computer science, software engineering or related field and 5 years of professional experience as a ServiceNow developer
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, GlideScript, API and ServiceNow configuration tools
- CSA/CAD ServiceNow certification (a major asset)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum applied in JIRA
