Senior Site Reliability Enginiring Developer (SRE)

A career as a Senior Site Reliability Enginiring Developer (SRE) in the Customer Identity Access Management(CIAM) team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in the performance and resilience of critical systems. Your role

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of essential services.
• Implement and maintain observability solutions (logs, metrics, traces).
• Automate deployments and repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to strengthen the resilience of Java/Spring Boot applications.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of AWS cloud architectures.
• Support the integration of services into the CIAM ecosystem (Okta).

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a senior developer, SRE, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Linux, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage incidents with rigor.
• Natural curiosity, analytical mindset, and a continuous desire to learn.
