- Manage a multidisciplinary team of quality assurance specialists and support them in their development
- Define and implement effective testing strategies automation is part of ongoing testing
- Oversee the integration of automation tools in DevOps to optimize the quality of deliverables
- Influence and structure quality assurance practices across several agile teams
- Ensure compliance, deadlines and performance of solutions delivered

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field and 7 years or more of relevant experience
- Team management experience in an agile and complex environment (Agile, safe)
- Significant experience in quality assurance of cloud solutions, including automated testing and continuous integration
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket) and monitoring platforms (Splunk, Datadog)
- Recognized for your collaborative leadership and ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
