Your role• Provide advice and personalized wealth management solutions covering the full range of financial needs of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, as well as their families.
• Develop and manage a client portfolio by identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities across the Bank’s full range of products and services.
• Structure complex financing files in collaboration with credit specialists and support clients at every stage of the decision‑making process.
• Guide clients in achieving their financial objectives by leveraging, when required, internal expertise in financial and estate planning.
• Ensure the sustainability of client relationships, growth in wallet share, and profitability, while rigorously applying the Bank’s risk management standards.
• Collaborate with various National Bank sectors to respond consistently, proactively, and effectively to clients’ evolving needs.

Within the 1859 Private Banking and Investment Banking sector, you are part of a large team of 55 colleagues and report to the Regional Vice‑President, 1859 Private Banking - Montreal Region. Our team stands out for its sector expertise, the quality of its interventions, excellence in client experience, and close collaboration with other National Bank sectors.

Requirements• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of banking products and services in the personal and commercial banking sectors.
• Possess in‑depth expertise in wealth management, complex credit, and financing solutions.
• Have significant experience in business development with a high‑net‑worth and entrepreneurial clientele.
• Hold the Fin. PL or CFP designation (an asset).
