Description
A career as a Senior Marketing Research Advisor in the Voice of the Client team at National Bank means being an expert in marketing research and client knowledge. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on the evolution of the brand and strategic decisions thanks to your experience in analysing insights, measuring performance and managing value-added research projects.
Your job
- Orchestrate brand metrics, leverage associated data, carry out post-tests and support brand teams by influencing them through client insights.
- Define client satisfaction targets: Develop scenarios consistent with strategic orientations, establish business rules and collaborate with the analytics team to ensure they are applied.
- Monitor and validate NPS results as part of the monthly Power BI dashboard production.
- Act as an expert advisor for multidisciplinary teams from different business lines and value chains.
- Plan and oversee primary research projects, then shape, socialise and activate the resulting insights.
- Analyze feedback and take stock of various sectors, including quarterly reviews and ad hoc analyses.

Prerequisites
- A relevant bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of experience, OR a relevant master’s degree and at least five years of experience including solid experience in marketing research
- Strong ability to analyse, interpret and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience in marketing research, performance measurement or analysing client insights
- Knowledge of banking and proficiency in text analysis or artificial intelligence tools (assets)
