A career as a Senior Director, IT Delivery in the Wealth Management and Brokerage Operations team at National Bank means acting as a strategic leader in technological transformation. Your job
- Be responsible for the management and development of the applications and business capabilities in your portfolio, and therefore, understand the current situation and propose an optimized roadmap between the transformation of your ecosystem, the evolution of business capabilities and risk management including maintenance and security.
- Lead and mobilize a multidisciplinary team of more than 50 people, including managers, by promoting innovation and collaboration
- Ensure system stability, security, and competitiveness while managing risk
- Implement strategies to optimize the management of resources, processes and technological tools
- Negotiate and manage relationships with strategic suppliers
- Contribute to the Bank's reputation by representing the organization on external committees and partners

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in a related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in managing seasoned managers and professionals
- Demonstrated expertise in the integration of new technologies for large-scale projects
- Solid experience in managing and negotiating strategic IT contracts
- In-depth knowledge of the wealth management and brokerage industry, including applicable regulations
- Experience in complex IT ecosystems and large enterprises
- Developed political acumen and ability to interact effectively with senior management.
