Your Job
- Be responsible for managing assets and business capabilities for the Service Now FSO domain, understanding the current situation, and proposing an optimized roadmap that balances ecosystem transformation, business capability evolution, and risk management, including maintenance and security.
- Lead and mobilize a multidisciplinary team of more than 40 people, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Identify and implement strategies to accelerate transformation within teams while staying abreast of the latest technological innovations.
- Develop strategies to optimize the management of resources, processes, and technological tools.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Contribute to the Bank’s visibility by representing the organization to committees and external partners.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in a related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing managers and seasoned professionals
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating new technologies into large-scale projects
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of Service Now technologies and Hyperautomation solutions is an asset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
