This position reports to the National Credit Leader, Private Banking 1859.
Your Role :
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a team of experts supporting Senior Private Bankers.
- Act as a credit expert on matters related to credit, products, and legal documentation.
- Establish winning conditions for quality execution, including a clear, effective, and sustainable strategy for coverage and file prioritization.
- Ensure sound governance of portfolios and prudent management of high-risk accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated credit files.
- Contribute to the improvement and standardization of processes and the evolution of the service offering.
