This position reports to the National Credit Leader, Private Banking 1859.


Your Role :

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a team of experts supporting Senior Private Bankers.
  • Act as a credit expert on matters related to credit, products, and legal documentation.
  • Establish winning conditions for quality execution, including a clear, effective, and sustainable strategy for coverage and file prioritization.
  • Ensure sound governance of portfolios and prudent management of high-risk accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated credit files.
  • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of processes and the evolution of the service offering.

  • Proven experience in team management and complex credit.

  • Strong knowledge of banking products and legal documentation.

  • Analytical mindset, rigour, and initiative.
  • Capacity to contribute to process evolution and team training.
