Senior Director, AI Valorization

A career as a Senior Director, Artificial Intelligence Valuation at National Bank means playing a leading strategic role in defining, aligning, and governing AI initiatives across the Bank. You will be responsible for rallying stakeholders around a shared vision, promoting the responsible adoption of AI, and maximizing its value for clients, employees, and the organization.

Your Role :

• Define and lead the value creation strategy for the Bank’s personal and commercial sectors, in alignment with business and technological directions.
• Ensure bank-wide governance of AI projects: ethics, compliance, performance, and data security.
• Align cross-functional teams (IT, data, business lines, risk, compliance) around shared objectives.
• Identify high-impact use cases and prioritize AI investments.
• Influence strategic decisions as a thought leader on AI-related issues.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning around AI.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team with a human, inclusive, and inspiring leadership style.
• Oversee the strategic integration of generative AI (Gen AI) into business processes by identifying high-value use cases while ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance of these emerging technologies.
• Explore and guide the development of autonomous agents (agentic AI) capable of making complex decisions in dynamic environments to enhance intelligent automation and personalized banking services.
• Adhere to the Bank’s technology positioning and AI strategy.

Your Team :

You will report to the Vice President of Analytics and data, and collaborate closely with IT, Risk, Compliance, HR, and business units. The environment is agile, collaborative, and impact-driven.

Basic requirements :

• Significant experience in strategy, transformation, or governance in an AI or analytics context.
• Deep knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, data science, and their practical applications.
• Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate complex environments.
• Recognized leadership for the ability to mobilize, inspire, and develop talent.
