Your job
- Work with delivery teams to integrate best practises in software engineering, application security, quality and CI/CD into their existing processes.
- Implement control and measurement mechanisms to assess the maturity of software practises (dashboards, security indicators, monitoring the adoption of DevSecOps practises).
- Support the integration of DevSecOps into development pipelines (automated testing, security scans, ongoing compliance validation).
- Help define and disseminate organisational standards for secure software development.
- Help create reusable documents, guides and templates to help align teams with recommended practises.
- Work with technology leaders and architects to ensure consistent practises across the organisation.

Within the Information Security sector, you are part of a large multidisciplinary team and report to the management of CISO. Prerequisites
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in software development, including several years in CI/CD and DevSecOps environments.
- Proficiency in modern software engineering principles, including automated tests (unit, transfer, integration, performance).
- Proven experience in technical support or leadership roles with delivery teams.
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform).
- Agile experience at scale, ideally safe, and in cloud environments (AWS)
