Description
A career as a Senior coordinator in the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) team means acting as a partner and strategic ally to the Managing Directors and Co-Head in handling a variety of complex administrative tasks. In this role, you’ll play a key role in optimizing their time and facilitate the achievement of the sector’s objectives.

Your teamThis position reports to the Director, Business Management - CIB. You’ll work alongside more than 125 dynamic professionals within CIB. As part of a growing group, you’ll join over 25 assistants and coordinators supporting the CIB franchise. Our team stands out for its professionalism, agility, and strong sense of teamwork.

Your role
- Manage executive agendas, meetings, emails, and follow-ups; prioritize and delegate tasks as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and reimbursement requests using SAP Concur.
- Organize internal and committee meetings, prepare documentation, and track action items.
- Draft and edit internal and external communications; maintain confidentiality with clients and stakeholders.
- Support philanthropic initiatives, including approvals for donations, sponsorships, and events.
- Collaborate on process improvements and manage HR/IT tasks for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to team efficiency initiatives.

Prerequisites
- Completed post-secondary education and 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support, ideally in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to adapt quickly, proactivity and good positive and collaborative approach
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
