Description
As a Senior Clerk at National Bank Insurance, you will showcase your ability to work in synergy with the Bank's various sectors and partners. You will use your excellent customer service skills
and proactivity to handle administrative needs and respond to requests from clients and partners.

Your job:
- Carry out various, relatively complex administrative duties in accordance with policies, standards, and procedures at the Bank
- Process, analyze, and handle reports intended to ensure the accuracy of data and operations
- Reply to information requests from our clients and partners
- Compile data, search for any that is missing or inaccurate, and make corrections in accordance with the service standards
- Sort and file physical and digital documents
Your team:
Reporting to the Manager, Business Administration, you’ll have the opportunity to handle multiples tasks related to loan insurance, personal insurance, travel insurance, and assistance products.

Prerequisites:
- Completed high school diploma and 2½ years of relevant experience or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in data entry
- Able to carry out multiple and varied tasks
- Able to come up with ideas for optimizing procedures
- At ease in a constantly changing environment
- Thorough, attentive to detail, good team work skills, and autonomous
- Bilingual (English and French)
