Your job:
- Take charge of processing and administrative follow-up of files
- Take charge of document scanning
- Analyze and sort mail
- Collaborate in resolving identified operational issues
- Actively participate in your own development and that of your peers
Your team: Within the FlexAffaires administrative sector, you are part of a team of 20 colleagues and report to the Administrative Section Director. Our team stands out for all the support provided to the sales force at FlexAffaires, always with impeccable quality. We favor a variety of continuous learning methods to enrich your development, including learning by doing, training content made available to you, and working in collaboration with colleagues of diverse expertise and profiles.
Prerequisites:
- Holder of a high school diploma
- Aptitude for administrative work
- Inclination to provide fast and efficient customer service
- Knowledge of the Office suite and collaboration tools
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Skills to identify and suggest process improvement opportunities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files simultaneously
- Capacity and curiosity for learning
