Your role
- Participate in the technical design and development of solutions using Java, Python, and SQL
- Contribute to system architecture and the evolution of technology platforms
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to automate deployments and testing
- Ensure code quality, application performance, and data security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives

Within the Capital Markets Transaction Settlement IT sector, you’ll be part of a large team of 15 colleagues reporting to the Asset Manager assigned to the project squad. Prerequisites
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Significant experience in software development using Java, Python, and SQL
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD or equivalents
- Strong understanding of development best practices, security, and performance
- Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and mentor colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and initiative
