Your job
- Optimizing systems and processes to strengthen the efficiency and integrity of annual salary management, bonuses, and provisioning activities.
- Serving as the go-to leader for the team as well as stakeholders in Human Experience and Performance, Finance, Audit, and Payroll regarding process implementation.
- Providing specialized advice requires a cross-functional vision and a deep understanding of compensation programs.
- Collaborating in the development of various communication and enablement strategies to simplify complex concepts in their application and improve managers’ and employees’ understanding.
- Structuring and enhancing the quality of processes and their documentation to maximize collective effectiveness.
- Identifying and mitigating operational risks proactively, ensuring they are addressed and proposing sustainable solutions.

Within the Human Experience and Performance sector, you will be part of the large Total Rewards team composed of approximately 45 colleagues. Under the direction of the Senior Director Planning and Operational Performance, you will join a pan-Canadian team recognized for its rigor, expertise, and ongoing commitment to improving the experience of employees and managers. Prerequisite
- Bachelor’s degree related to the field and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems (knowledge of SAP is an asset).
- Advanced expertise in total rewards, including annual cycles and variable programs.
- A cross-functional vision of compensation processes, strong analytical skills, and professional rigor.
- Collaborative leadership, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to influence, simplify complex concepts, and guide stakeholders toward the best solution.
- Aptitude for challenging existing practices within a continuous improvement mindset.
