Through your analytical and influencing skills, your experience in business sectors, and operational risk management, you will have a positive impact on our partners and the evolution of practices.


Your Job:

  • Act as an expert in risk management and related tools in decisions related to risk management and regulatory governance.
  • Influence decisions and directions in risk management in the context of transforming solutions, products, and processes.
  • Participate in the development of innovative solutions and decision-making aids that meet the needs of partners.
  • Conduct complex analyses (ORSA) and implement "KRI" for high and very high risks.
  • Strategically analyze complex reports and draw conclusions to ensure sound risk management.
  • Manage certain committees and participate in special projects.


Your Team: 

You will report to the Senior Director, Commercial Banking Operational Risks. Our team stands out for its expertise and the diversity of its interventions across the entire Commercial Banking sector. We collaborate with a multitude of partners and intervene in all aspects of operational risk.

Basic Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree related to the sector, and 10 years of relevant experience, or completed Master's degree related to the sector, and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in risk and control assessment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Commercial Banking sector.
  • Recognized leadership/influence in supporting partners.
  • Bilingual English/French (required).
  • Experience in internal audit or financial governance (a strong asset).
  • CPA accounting title (an asset).
