Your job
- Define the segment's strategic vision and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and innovation in products process and client journey
- Pilot key initiatives in the segment and coordinate their implementation
- Work with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Track performance indicators and adjust strategies based on results and market insights.
