A career as a Senior Advisor, Client Segment Lead in the Client Strategy team at National Bank means acting as a strategic leader for a priority segment. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your expertise in strategy, market development and cross-sector project management.


Your job

  • Define the segment's strategic vision and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and innovation in products process and client journey
  • Pilot key initiatives in the segment and coordinate their implementation
  • Work with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track performance indicators and adjust strategies based on results and market insights.

Prerequisites


  • Significant experience in strategic development and management of cross-sector projects
  • Proficiency in strategic analysis and synthesis to guide business decisions
  • Master data to help make decisions
  • Good knowledge of banking products
  • Be sensitive to innovation
  • Ability to influence and engage various stakeholders.
