1. JOB OBJECTIVES
The Head of Marketing & Commercial Ops develops and executes marketing, communication, and market access strategies for Juno’s product portfolio, driving demand and increasing product and company visibility.
Active member of the Commercial leadership team, he/she leads the team in:
- Conducting market research and market access
- Analyzing customer behavior and demand
- Managing marketing budgets, product management and product launches
- Overseeing Patient Support Programs (PSPs)
- Enhancing company branding and external communications
2. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics to drive demand and maximize marketing plan impact & branding.
- Ensure effective product management for both new and existing products across Business Units.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer behaviors, and demand to identify opportunities and risks.
- Oversee development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, advertising, promotional) and manage budget accordingly.
- Lead marketing plans for new product launches.
- Identify, implement, and manage PSPs to support launches.
- Implement and manage Market Access strategies and processes.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, PMO, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product availability, accurate forecasting, successful launches, and business continuity.
- Lead a team.
- Lead communication plans, both internal and external, to promote our products and company.

3. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT AND APTITUDES
- Bachelor’s degree in business or science; MBA is an asset.
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry in sales and/or marketing roles, with management experience.
- Bilingual (French & English), both written and spoken.
- Creative mindset, able to generate new ideas and think outside the box.
- Professional with a positive attitude.
- Team player, collaborative, highly responsive, customer centric.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and media.
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical and generic markets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to train others. Strong leadership and team management skills.
