Description
A career as a Scrum Master within the Client Domain team at National Bank means acting as an Agile specialist who supports collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role is primarily focused on Scrum Master responsibilities with one to two squads, complemented by strategic mandates related to delivery and application analysis. You will have a tangible impact through your strong knowledge of the Scrum framework, your coaching approach, your communication skills, and your ability to mobilize teams.
Your job
- Supervise and facilitate the daily activities and ceremonies of 1 to 2 squads within the PLC team
- Support product owners (POs) in prioritising and refining activities
- Support managers in managing the various initiatives related to the team (budgets, schedules, risks and issues, asset management, etc.)
- Coach colleagues who are less experienced in using the agile methodology and propose improvements that support the delivery of features
- Diagnose problem situations, facilitate their resolution by ensuring solutions are implemented and consistently and proactively raise risks and issues inherent to initiatives
- Ensure transparency of the team's progress via key metrics.
- Support your team and the other managers of initiatives in managing interdependencies and obstacles.

Prerequisites
- A completed bachelor's degree or other diploma in a related field and several years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and certifications of agile methodologies (safe) and the Scrum Master's role in planning and facilitating IP planning
- Experience in projects affecting the cross-sector in it and experience in data ecosystems
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
- In-depth expertise of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, easy BI, Structure, Advanced Queries, rich filters)
