We are currently looking to hire a Sales Coordinator to join our National Bank Investments team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Support Director, the Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting sales and business development activities while providing administrative support to the National Sales leadership team.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of responsibilities and the opportunity to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and key corporate partners in a dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client relationship activities for wholesalers and inside sales teams
  • Coordinate digital sales and marketing initiatives (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, webinars)
  • Plan and manage corporate events and projects
  • Coordinate administrative, HR and IT requests (calendar, travel, expenses)
  • Ensure budget compliance for sales activities

 

Profile

  • Completed three-year professional college diploma, or academic equivalent, in a related field and four years' coordination relevant experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in banking, an asset
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaborative tools (SharePoint, TEAMS, Yammer, Copilot, Power BI and Salesforce)
  • Experience in process optimization
