Your role
- Be responsible for defining, planning, organizing, and delivering initiatives (features, epics) for multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee and facilitate the daily activities of the multidisciplinary teams under your responsibility.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, other Release Train Engineers, and the Project Manager.
- Support managers in the sound management of projects (budgets, timelines, risks, and issues, etc.).
- Act as a coach for less experienced colleagues in the use of agile methodology and suggest improvements that support feature delivery.
- Diagnose problematic situations, intervene, and participate in resolving complex issues by ensuring the implementation of solutions and identify and manage inherent risks and issues proactively and continuously, and handle interdependencies and blockers.
- Ensure alignment between IT and Business teams regarding the various interdependencies affecting your project.
- Produce various reports to monitor project/train progress and provide status updates, while adapting communication to the audience.
- Manage stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with internal and external collaborators and promote communication within and between teams to ensure transparency.
- Ensure the management and implementation of major technology projects prioritized by the sector, fostering a motivating environment and continuously optimize the use of project resources to achieve sector objectives.

Prerequisites
- Completed bachelor's degree related to the field of activity, and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, or another diploma with extensive relevant experience
- At least 6 years of experience as a project manager on large-scale projects within large organizations
- Experience in facilitating workshops and providing coaching
- Comfortable with Agile delivery methods
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Knowledge of the SAFe Framework and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of and certification in the SAFe roles of Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Scrum Master (SM) is essential
