Your role


• Ensure the cohesion and performance of the regional team
• Motivate team members to achieve collective goals
• Monitor performance indicators and report on results
• Ensure the quality of customer service and collaboration with business units
• Support and influence organizational change
• Identify training needs and provide personalized coaching

Your team


Within the Regional Sales sector, you are part of a large team of 5 to 10 colleagues and report to the regional management. Requirements


• Hold a university certificate and 5 years of management experience; OR a bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience; OR a master's degree and 2 years of experience
• Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
• Experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Experience in change management
• Willingness to travel as needed
