Your contribution will help our executive and administrative teams at Capital Markets save time and ultimately facilitate the achievement of business line objectives.

Your Role
- Greet clients, guests, and colleagues warmly and professionally, acting as a liaison between them and internal teams.
- Manage the reception area and meeting rooms: coordinate bookings, provide technical support, and arrange meals or beverages.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes for both interns and employees, ensuring a smooth and professional experience in collaboration with internal teams.
- Help organize internal and client events such as closing dinners and lunch & learns.
- Support internal teams with travel arrangements, orders, invoices (SAP Ariba), expense reports (Concur), and other administrative tasks.
- Manage subscriptions, licenses, and contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee kitchen maintenance and monitor office supply inventory, replenishing as needed.

Prerequisites
- High school diploma and at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive).
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
