Product Owner

Join the Client Domain team at National Bank and play a key role in establishing cross-functional business capabilities to deliver a simple, seamless, and smooth customer experience. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be at the heart of our transformation, supporting the key strategies of our organization.

Your job

• End-to-end Leadership: You will be an essential leader in delivering cross-functional initiatives for the Client Domain across all NBC business lines, helping us achieve our common goals.
• Business Value Creation: Implement reusable business capabilities cross-functionally to accelerate our evolution, optimize user experience, minimize costs, and ensure optimal consumption.
• Complex Project Management: Act as a Product Owner in complex cross-functional projects, from design to implementation, using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Strategic Vision: Break down and sequence a target vision to maximize value delivery, considering constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors.
• Multiple Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, guide them towards a common vision, and build the best solutions together.
• Continuous Improvement: Make improvements and fixes to the product to meet current and future needs, while supporting and assisting partners in their developments.
• Dynamic Team: Work with a mature, multidisciplinary team in full evolution and contribute to the co-development of our transformation expertise.

Your team 

You will be part of the Customer Experience and Digital team, under the direction of the Senior Manager, Lead Product Manager. The team is responsible for delivering strategic initiatives for the client domain, their integration, and their operation. You will collaborate directly with the operations, IT delivery, risk, PRP, compliance teams, and business partners.

Prerequisite

• Bachelor's degree related to the field and six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree related to the field and four years of relevant experience.
• Experience in delivering solutions as a Product Owner.
• Skills in Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Ability to work in a data-driven environment and communicate effectively.
• Excellent autonomous decision-making and stakeholder management.
• Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Customer and user-focused on a daily basis.
