A career as a Senior E2E (End to End) Solution Architect in the digital special projects team at National Bank means acting as a solution architecture specialist. You will lead the vision and execution of technical components of the product to ensure seamless integration with user-focused features. Your role is essential to break down and prioritize work, managing both user and technical features without creating blockages. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from the initial preparation and prioritization phase to delivery to production, including the creation and supervision of solution architecture artifacts. You will turn ideas into innovative solutions, solving real business problems and guiding directions with your advanced knowledge of digital technologies and platforms.
Your job
- Initiate product components, breaking down complex projects into manageable parts.
- Develop high-level solutions and solution architecture artifacts to permet sizing and scopin of product component increments.
- Provide expert advice to estimate component forces and complete the necessary Sizing Spikes.
- Refine technical solutions and update architecture documents based on evolving requirements and insights.
- Conduct in-depth implementation reviews with experts and peers to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Lead defect triage to ensure high quality and readiness for next steps.
- Manage seamless product delivery across all environments from development to production.
- Effectively communicate any changes to all relevant stakeholders.

Prerequisite
- Good understanding of software development processes, architectural design, and project management principles.
- Completed bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity, or seven (7) years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a Solutions Architect within the card field.
- Experience in financial industry and data security.
- Knowledge of security concepts (SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
- Experience as a product owner, project manager, or similar role in a technical environment, with specific experience in creating and managing solution architecture artifacts a plus.
