Product Manager Payment

Join a team that is transforming payments for our clients and employees while supporting the Bank’s strategic ambitions.

We are looking for a Product Manager (SWIFT wire transfers), responsible for the day-to-day management and evolution of the product based on client needs, market trends, and the Bank’s priorities.

Your Role

  • Define the vision, priorities, and product roadmap under your responsibility to support the Bank’s strategic orientations
  • Develop business cases for initiatives and projects to obtain funding approval
  • Continuously improve existing products
  • Monitor and interpret performance indicators, make recommendations, and implement appropriate adjustments
  • Stay informed about market trends, assess the Bank’s competitive position, and recommend strategies to optimize positioning
  • Understand client needs and their reality related to payments
  • Work closely with relevant sectors and stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, IT, Compliance)

Your Team

You will report to the Senior Manager - Payment Solutions and Experiences and be part of a team of five colleagues responsible for a wide range of payment products for retail and business clients (debit card, Interac e-Transfer, bill payment, wire transfer, bulk payment).

What we’re looking for :

  • 5 years of experience in product management or business strategy
  • Knowledge of SWIFT wire transfers
  • Proven ability to understand and explain technologies
  • Strong client focus and strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Leadership, autonomy, and initiative
  • Attention to detail, rigor, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
