- Lead and coach a team of developers specialized in infrastructure
- Develop skills and support the professional growth of team members
- Ensure the evolution, reliability, and security of integrated platforms used by application teams, while guaranteeing compliance of the solutions delivered
- Foster innovation by supporting experimentation, R&D, and the introduction of new ideas, tools, or practices
- Influence the Bank’s Cloud and DevSecOps orientations by bringing a strategic and operational perspective
- Take ownership of the full asset lifecycle (applications, platforms, infrastructures), including performance, operational stability, and technological health
- Ensure asset management complies with governance practices, internal standards, and applicable security, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain active technology watch to ensure platforms remain relevant and support the evolution toward modern architecture.

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or other diploma and several years of relevant experience in development (Python, Terraform, CI/CD) or Cloud solution management (AWS, Azure)
- Significant experience in people management or technical leadership
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices
- Strong influencing skills, collaborative mindset, and autonomy
- Ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple priorities
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure), a strong asset.
- Work with the latest cloud-native technologies
- Have a direct impact on the Bank’s technological and operational directions and actively participate in its digital transformation.
