Your role
- Participate in all stages of structured products development and commercialization
- Draft and review prospectuses and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, particularly in tax and accounting
- Provide legal opinions to inform and support business decisions
- Ensure business practices comply with Canadian securities regulations
- Analyze and review various reports and legal documents to protect the Bank’s interests
- Formulate recommendations regarding product development and commercialization to effectively manage risks for the Bank and its subsidiaries

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and member of the Quebec Bar with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in corporate law and securities law, including drafting legal documentation
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian regulatory framework applicable to capital markets
- Understanding of financial products and capital markets, with a strong interest in the field
- Experience analyzing and reviewing legal and commercial documents
