Description
You contribute directly to the development, evolution and use of the key human performance indicators that support strategy, risk management and continuous improvement across the Bank.
Your role- Design, develop and evolve human performance dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Analyze, track and report on human performance indicators, trends, risks and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and governance bodies
- Contribute to strategic planning activities, including the annual business plan and long-term human performance initiatives
- Monitor best practices and emerging trends in human performance, governance, compliance and performance measurement to inform recommendations
Your team
Reporting to the Human Performance, Risk and Advisory sector, you are part of a team of more than 40 colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Human Performance.
The team stands out for its expertise in governance, strategy, risk management, compliance, labour relations and performance, as well as for its strong collaboration with all Human and Experience Performance teams.

Prerequisite- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration or a related field
- Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as a senior advisor, HR analyst or in a similar role
- Demonstrate strong expertise in data analysis, dashboards and performance indicators
- Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience in reporting to senior management (a strong asset)
- Demonstrate rigor, great attention to detail and a high sense of confidentiality
- Ability to communicate complex information to an executive audience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information
- Collaborative approach and ability to influence without authority
