A career as an Executive Assistant in the Accounting, Consolidation and Reporting team at National Bank means acting as an essential partner to the Co-Chief Accountant and Senior Vice-President in performing various functions to facilitate the achievement of business line objectives.
This role allows you to have a positive impact through your administrative management and event coordination skills.
Your Role
- Proactively manage and coordinate the agenda and emails, ensuring necessary follow-ups of the Co-Chief Accountant and Senior Vice-President (“manager”)
- Assist the manager in the administrative organization of the unit (team meetings, individual meetings, administrative follow-ups, various requests related to the smooth functioning of the unit, etc.)
- Provide administrative and logistical support in organizing all unit activities
- Coordinate administrative meeting requests with members of the management team and business travel for the manager and unit members
- Contribute to various projects (activities for the entire sector, etc.)
- Produce expense reports and invoice processing
- Offer varied support to the Reporting team for the publication of the Bank's quarterly results

The Accounting, Consolidation and Reporting team consists of several dozen specialists working agilely, proactively, and collaboratively on various mandates.
As an Executive Assistant you will report directly to the Co-Chief Accountant and Senior Vice-President.

Prerequisite
- Completed professional or college diploma of 3 years or equivalent academic qualification, related to the field of activity
- Experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant
- Excellent mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and various collaboration tools
- Demonstrate proactivity, rigor, and professionalism in an agile context
- Sense of autonomy, initiative and urgency
