Your role
- Proactively coordinate calendars and emails, while acting as a key point of contact for leaders and internal and external partners, ensuring smooth information flow and effective support to the Senior Vice-President.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including planning, logistics, document preparation and required administrative follow-up.
- Manage a variety of administrative files, particularly those related to human resources and technology requests, while maintaining a rigorous and well-structured documentation system.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Assistants of the CEC to strengthen team cohesion, harmonize practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative operations.
- Work regularly with various sectors across the Bank to ensure effective coordination and consistent implementation of activities.
- Draft, review and enhance written communications for internal and external audiences, with particular attention to the quality of both French and English.
- Follow up on invoices, expense reports and various financial items, with a constant focus on accuracy and compliance.

Requirements
- Hold a completed college diploma in a relevant field and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support.
- Have experience supporting senior executives in a complex or transforming environment.
- Demonstrate strong experience in calendar coordination, managing multiple priorities and administrative follow-up.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office tools as well as collaboration and document management platforms.
- Have hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment requiring a high level of adaptability.
