Your job:
- Provide quality administrative support to the Eastern Canada NBI Sales team.
- Effectively manage the activities and events of the various teams.
- Ensure compliance of sales team expenses.
- Assign and coordinate requests from internal and external partners according to team members' responsibilities and capacity.
- Analyze investment portfolios.
- Participate in the improvement of processes and issues reported.
- Work with coordinators of other teams and partners.

Prerequisites:
- Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, industry-related and five years' relevant experience
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in coordination
- Banking experience, an asset
- Experience in process improvement
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and AI tools
