In this role, you help your team of Wealth Management Advisors stand out by providing exceptional customer service to have a long-term positive impact on our clients.
Your job:
- Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing materials;
- Manage the team's brand image;
- Optimize social media presence;
- Participate in the preparation and organization of client events;
- Act as a point of contact for clients by handling incoming calls and emails;
- Update certain information in client files via phone or video conference to ensure data accuracy;
- Write call summaries;
- Assist and support clients in using the technological tools available to them;
- Manage the team's schedule by coordinating phone, virtual, or in-person meetings, booking rooms or restaurants, and confirming meetings with clients;
- Provide administrative support to other team members during vacations and peak periods;

Prerequisites:
- Completed college and/or university degree in communication or a related field
- Experience in customer service
- Good communication skills and writing abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ease with technological tools
