A career as a Coordinator at National Bank, your ability to work in synergy with your colleagues and partners will be a key asset. In this role, you’ll optimize processes to help your colleagues, while supporting them in various team activities.

Your job:

  • Ensure activities are carried out effectively, and monitor and control the team’s activities.
  • Assign and coordinate requests from internal and external partners, based on the responsibilities of team members and their capacity.
  • Help improve processes and related issues.
  • Work with coordinators on other teams and various partners.

Prerequisites:

  • A three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Coordination experience
  • Experience in banking, an asset
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
