A career as an External Business Development Manager - Mortgage Brokerage within the Mortgage Solutions team at National Bank means acting as a business development specialist. This role allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your market strategy, coaching and influencing skills.
Your role
With partner mortgage brokers:
- Develop and roll out high-impact initiatives aimed at growing the business
- Maximize National Bank’s visibility, both in the field and on social media
- Influence the referral of mortgage files to National Bank
- Share and align business development best practices across regions
- Maintain competitive intelligence and relay strategic information to stakeholders
- Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend actions to take

Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience; OR a master’s degree and 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of mortgage credit and mortgage financing products
- Proven experience in business development and influencing
- Initiative and creativity
- Available to travel within Québec, and potentially Ontario
