In this operational leadership role, you ensure the smooth execution of the branch’s day‑to‑day administrative activities, in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Your role- Ensure compliance of daily operations related to the branch’s financial transactions.
- Act as a key resource for operational issues, human resources questions, and logistical needs of branch employees.
- Lead the recruitment process for administrative positions within the branches.
- Communicate, explain, and ensure adherence to administrative procedures and internal policies.
- Carry out required follow‑ups resulting from internal audit or compliance recommendations.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of budgets related to branch activities.
- Oversee facilities maintenance and the quality of the work environment.
- Participate in real estate projects (renovations, relocations, moves, etc.).
- Provide support to regional management, including the development of optimization tools and coordination of local marketing and visibility initiatives.
- Act as an ambassador for the employee experience within the branch.
- Serve as a facilitator to support sound overall branch management.

You report to the Regional Administrative Director of the branch. Collaboration, trust, and strong working relationships will be key to your success.

Qualifications- College diploma or technical diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience OR a bachelor’s degree in a related field (administration, human resources).
- Experience in administrative support.
- Experience in the investment industry (an asset).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, along with sound professional judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
