Your job
- Design and integrate hyperautomation solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise systems
- Develop Low Code and Full Stack applications by analysing processes to identify automation opportunities
- Deploy AI agents to automate cognitive tasks and improve decision-making
- Work with business teams to translate needs into technological solutions
- Participate in it monitoring on AI and automation, and lead initiatives to improve the team's capabilities
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards for application lifecycle management and data security
Your team
This position reports to the Senior Manager - Strategy, Data and Performance in Capital Markets Operations. Within the sector, you will join a team of seven colleagues recognised for their drive, agility and in-depth expertise in Financial Markets activities and the sub-processes that support these operations.

Prerequisites
- A bachelor’s degree, university certificate or master’s degree in a related field and have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of capital markets and wealth management; essential
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power automate, Power BI, AI Builder) and ability to develop in hybrid mode
- Understand AI agent architectures and LLM integration
- Programming experience with Java, Python, php, html, xml, JSON
- Proven experience with Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot frameworks
- Proven experience in Postgres SQL, Maria DB, MySQL, MSSQs databases
