Join BRP's central Data & Analytics team (DNA) as a Product Owner and bring your analytical skills and business insight to our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who seeks to blend their understanding of business intelligence with the predictive power of data science to unlock new opportunities for BRP.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Product Execution & Backlog Ownership
Own and manage the product backlog for advanced analytics and AI solutions
Translate business needs, user feedback, and AIML insights into clear user stories
Prioritize enhancements, bug fixes, and new capabilities to maximize product value
Lead product roadmap discussions and contribute to product strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager
Coordinate evolutions, experimentation phases, and long-term product improvements
Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics (adoption, value creation, product performance)
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding the product
Manage expectations, align priorities, communicate timelines, and ensure transparency
Lead discussions across diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment in complex environments
Coordinate user feedback cycles, POC, MVP, testing phases, and validation sessions
Facilitate decision-making around feasibility, trade-offs, and scope adjustments
Product Adoption & Change Management
Support business users through onboarding, training, and documentation
Drive adoption of AI/ML solutions across teams and ensure long-term engagement
Gather product usage insights to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure alignment between business processes and solution workflows
Contribute to change management and user enablement plans
Collaboration with Technical Teams
Work daily with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers and Data Engineers and the Product Manager
Understand model outputs, data flows, and technical constraints (no need for deep technical expertise)
Support teams during development sprints and release cycles
Contribute to quality assurance, user testing, and release planning
Help teams navigate ambiguity inherent to experimentation and AI model development
Continuous Improvement
Monitor product performance, user satisfaction, and business value
Identify opportunities to scale solutions across regions or business units
Contribute to the maturity of product practices within the AIML team
Improve documentation, processes, and delivery efficiency over time
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
MSc (preferred) or BSc in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in a data, analytics, or tech environment
Experience with Agile environments and tools (Jira, Confluence or equivalent)
Strong ability to understand business needs and convert them into actionable backlog items
Comfortable interacting with technical teams (DS, MLE, DE) and business users
Excellent communication, prioritization and stakeholder management skills
Strong interest in AI/ML applications and the value they generate
Proficiency in French and English; the team operates primarily in English
STAND OUT WITH:
Experience in AI/ML product delivery or analytics projects and platforms, or experimentation frameworks
Knowledge of change management and user enablement practices
Exposure to data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku, etc.)
Experience in large-scale product adoption
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
