Your role
- Provide administrative support to a Vice-President by coordinating schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense management.
- Plan and coordinate in-person events, including initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as community engagement.
- Manage daily office operations, including supply procurement, facilities-related requests, and follow-ups with relevant partners.
- Act as a point of contact for leaders and on-site stakeholders, providing logistical and administrative support during their time in the office.
- Work closely with administrative peers, particularly those based in Montréal, to ensure consistency, knowledge sharing, and collective efficiency.
- Actively contribute to initiatives within the Corporate Services sector by maintaining a proactive, autonomous, and structured approach.

Prerequisites
- Hold a high school diploma with two to three years of relevant experience, or a college diploma with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination or executive support, including event planning, logistics coordination, and on-site operational support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
