A career as a Multi-Residential Account Manager in the Real Estate Development Unit (REDU) team at National Bank means acting as a mortgage specialist. ***The role is hybrid and the selected resource may be based in one of our business centers in Laval, Montreal, Longueuil or Quebec city depending on their location***
Your role:
- Ensure proper advice to clients during mortgage renewals and financing
- Achieve the financial objectives of the sector
- Ensure the financing and renewal of mortgages under your management within the prescribed deadlines
- Assist clients by referring them to the appropriate sectors according to their needs
- Identify sales opportunities
- Participate in meetings of my sector as well as those of my partners
Your team:
Within the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 sector, more specificly in the Real Estate Developement Unit team, you are part of a team of 50 colleagues and report to the Associate Vice President, Real Estate Developement Unit. Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or any other combination of degree and years of experience relevant to the role.
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Knowledge in real estate, primarily in multi-residential mortgages
- Possess good organizational skills
- Aptitude in sales and negotiation
