About the position :
You will ensure the maintenance and proper operation of instrumentation systems to support operations.
Your main responsibilities :
- Install, calibrate, and commission measurement and control instruments;
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation equipment;
- Diagnose failures and carry out the required repairs;
- Inspect and adjust sensors, transmitters, control valves, and other instruments;
- Read and interpret instrumentation plans, diagrams, and drawings;
- Participate in the optimization and improvement of control systems;
- Apply health and safety procedures and standards in the workplace;
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Your profile :
- DEC in Instrumentation and Control, or equivalent training;
- Experience in industrial instrumentation (an asset);
- Experience in a mining or industrial environment (an asset);
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and diagrams;
- Strong safety mindset, autonomy, and team spirit.
