About the position :
You will be responsible for actively participating in project execution while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards!
Your main responsibilities :
- Perform various carpentry and woodworking tasks (construction, repair, and maintenance) in a mining environment;
- Act as a versatile, multi-skilled worker and adapt to the operational needs of the site;
- Work independently in remote locations with a high level of resourcefulness;
- Install, modify, and repair temporary and permanent structures;
- Quickly identify problems and propose practical field solutions;
- Adapt to northern conditions and the realities of working on isolated job sites;
- Use and maintain tools and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards;
- Collaborate with teams while being able to carry out tasks independently;
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Your profile :
- Relevant experience in the field (an asset);
- Occupational competency card (an asset);
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety;
- Team spirit and resourcefulness.
