IC3 enables reliable and high-quality audio/video calling, meeting, and messaging services that work every time from anywhere seamlessly across all customer touchpoints. The IC3 Platform organization is on a mission to modernize its infrastructure, driving greater reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency across IC3 and this is what our team is focused on. We are also reimagining core aspects such as release orchestration, observability, security, and compliance to ensure our systems can meet the challenges of tomorrow.


As a Senior Software Engineer on the IC3 Standardization Team, you will work on systems that allow our partner teams across IC3 to observe and monitor behaviour of their services, rapidly detect incidents and abnormalities, all with a goal of keeping mission critical software running as smoothly as possible, while reducing engineering toil necessary to ensure this vision. You will work on monitoring and observability tooling for modern dotnet services, designing, implementing and driving adoption for SDKs that are used across the entire IC3 organization. You will become a domain expert in observability-as-code, telemetry and logging systems, and lean into cutting edge AI tooling to accelerate adoption of best practices.
