We are currently seeking a Call Centre Agent – Customer Service to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and transfer incoming calls through the main telephone switchboard;
• Respond to general inquiries and provide first-level information to families and clients;
• Maintain accurate call logs and records;
• Process incoming emails;
• Perform various administrative tasks, including mail handling, filing, and document processing;
• Follow up with external suppliers as required;
• Occasionally greet and assist visitors and clients;
• Contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Working Conditions

• Availability required for a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends;
• Hourly rate: $23.34 per hour.
