Description
Our Millwright rate is $46.81/hour, with an additional premium of $0.70/hour for the night shift. The Perks of Joining Our Team:

- Strong knowledge of plant and equipment operations
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Good mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan daily tasks with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team-based environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with Production, Maintenance, and cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts
- Availability for weekend overtime as production demands require
- Physically capable of handling heavy equipment (in excess of 25 kg)
- Poultry or food production experience is considered an asset
- The successful candidate will be results-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all employees.
